Notary Public Appointment Information

• Appointments are limited to when the notary public on staff is available. Typically, appointments can be scheduled Tuesday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm at the Tillamook Main Library.
• You will be contacted by the notary public on staff to officially schedule your appointment. Please allow up to one business day to hear from us.  
• Please bring to your appointment your driver's license and/or other government issued ID that includes your photograph and signature.
• The document being notarized must be typed and should include a notarial certificate. 
• If your document requires a witness, you are responsible for providing that witness.
• If you are 15 minutes late or more, you will need to schedule a new appointment.
• The notary public has the right to refuse a notarization.
• Notarizations are free of charge.
