Suicide Prevention and Self-Care with Tillamook Family Counseling Center

Tillamook County Library in collaboration with the Tillamook Family Counseling Center presents Suicide Prevention and Self-Care. Join us on Wednesday September 10th at 5:30-5pm. The first hour will consist of QPR training followed by a self care workshop, crafts and socializing. Feel free to join us for one or both parts.

What is QPR?

QPR stands for "Question, Persuade, Refer." QPR is a suicide prevention training the helps participants recognize the warning sign of suicide and how to help a person in crisis.
